We are happy to announce that we will be hosting a trunk show Friday April 17th from 4:00pm – 6:00pm! We have one of the co-owners of Mabel McKinley here in town to show off their clothing and goodies for both mom and the kiddos! Mabel Mckinley is a store in Anchorage that has a great mix of clothing and accessories for women of any age along with some great stuff for toddlers and babies. Some of the items they carry are hand made by the owners as well! Not looking for any clothing? Come on in for a fitting and let us help assess your bra needs before the tourist season hits!

Looking for a great detergent for your delicate items that’s super gentle, plant based and biodegradable? Not only is Soak Wash excellent for your lingerie but it works well for knitwear, swimwear, quilts and baby clothing as well. We have Soak available in a large 12 oz bottle, a smaller 3 oz bottle and mini-packets for which are great for traveling.

 

Not only is the bottle size convenient but the washing process is super simple! Just add one teaspoon to a gallon of cool water in a plastic tub or sink, add your garments, lightly agitate with your hand for a moment to make sure everything is wet. Let your items soak for 15 minutes, pull them out and hang them up to dry!

We are happy to announce that we out grew our lovely but small store space! We have a new store space just across the hall which means more room for us to grow into, more room for you to walk around and shop in, and as soon as we get our new curtains in we will have two dressing rooms!

Bustin’ Out Boutique is going to be doing it’s first ever TRUNK SHOW at the Juneau Family Health and Birth Center, 1601 Salmon Creek Lane. Tuesday February 3rd during New Parents Group at 1pm and during Childbirth Preparation from 6-8, we will have samples of our nursing bras, nursing tanks, and some of our favorite maternity/nursing clothing as well! Free fittings will be available to all those interested
